Congratulations on taking the first step towards health, by removing your amalgam restorations using the SMART technique. This process ensured that the amalgam was safely removed from your mouth without exposing your body to harmful mercury. Unfortunately there is still mercury and other heavy metals stored in your body due to years of exposure through your fillings and through our diet and environment. Below please find the detox protocol which will assist you to remove the stored mercury from within your body. Remember, the longer the fillings were in your mouth, the longer you will need to continue with the detox protocol.


This package is for those wanted to do a basic heavy metal detox, may or may not have a few amalgam restorations,  and have no symptomology or ailments. This client has a limited budget and may not have the discipline to follow an eating guideline.

The simple eliminating of the common inflammatory food allergens such as sugar (especially fructose/HFCS), processed and packaged foods, fast foods, most starch and grain, dairy, gluten, corn, eggs, etc.


This package includes:


CP Oral EDTA – 5 caps every second day for 22 days (R345.00)

CP Milk Thistle 500mg –1 three times daily – liver support(R216.00)

CP L-Glutathione 500mg daily – kidney support (R535.00)

CP Probiotic 500mg – (L-sporogenes/B.coagulans) ~10 billion CFU’s – daily (R175.00)

CP GI Support – Gut support (L-glutamine, liquorice root extract, aloe) – 8 capsules daily – 2 four times per day (R440.00 )

CP Awesome 3 – Mitochondrial Support (L-carnitine, mag glycinate, CoQ10) – 1 capsule twice daily (R458.50)

These products should be taken for a minimum of 3 months.

Coconut oil pulling is also a wonderful adjunct to include as part of your daily routine once your amalgams have been REMOVED, to aid this process and saunas or steam room to help remove toxins.


Foods to include:

  • Parsley and coriander/cilantro
  • Drinks loads of water, especially warm lemon water first thing in the morning
  • Leafy greens like kale, celery, bok choy, silverbeet, baby spinach
  • Avocados
  • Garlic
  • Foods reach in selenium, vitamin c and folate – such as brazil nuts, grass fed beef, organic eggs and vegetables, chia seeds and sesame seeds

Avoid fish which may be high in mercury such as salmon and tuna and swordfish and instead consume sardines and octopus.
